Service and repair of machines

The scope of our activities includes the service at our customers.

OFFERED SERVICES

CHECK (INSPECTION) FINDING OF MACHINES

As part of our service, we also supply the necessary spare parts, including their replacement. A check finding can also be made at the customer's premises and proposal of recommendations on the extent of any repair can be made.

SERVICE OF MACHINE TOOLS INCLUDING ROTARY TABLES, LATHES AND CAROUSELS

The scope of our activities also includes the execution of service or repairs. These are services small, medium and larger directly at the customer's premises. The services are carried out by our fitters, who have reach experience with machines in the Czech Republic and abroad.

ADJUSTMENT OF GEOMETRIC ACCURACY OF THE WORKPLACE

Accuracy and positioning are checked using the Renishaw XL-80 laserinterferometer in accordance with the requirements of ČSN ISO 230-2 and VDI/DGQ 3441 standards.

DISASSEMBLY, ASSEMBLY OR RELOCATION OF MACHINES

In addition to services, we can offer disassembly and assembly of machines of our customers who have purchased them or need to move them to another location. The machine is assembled, handed over according to the accuracy protocol, plugged in and put into use.

CNC MACHINING

We offer capacities for CNC milling, turning and flat grinding.
